It's a puzzle game with realistic physics where you have to construct bridges from different materials with given budget. Funny for a while but it's old. I played Pontifex 1 & 2 enough I suggest trying Gish from the same dev, it's cool.

If you like those kind of games, then you should try armadillo run. A funny puzzle with physics.

You also have TIM 1/2/3, great classics Upcoming PC games 2009 and onwards Bravery is not a function of firepower.
