Sometime Alcohol is no good either. It's great to get you into the mood, up to a point, but after that line is past, and it's like impotence to women.
On the alcohol a woman can try and try but no matter how good the guy is it just doesn’t do it. “It” just doesn’t happen. She may act like she all into it but bottom line she is just drunk and there is no hope from hell.

Up to the point of them not being able to come . They could go into pillow mode though and he could have as much fun as he wants  and by pillow mode, I dont mean asleep / dead. I mean dis-interested / willing to let him do all the work.
Just speak to her and aks her what the problem is. The first sign of a lack of sign though can't be good. Maybe you're just a lot hornier than she is and she can't handle 5 shags a day? by the sounds of it though it's been a sustained period of time.

1. My girl gets VERY horny during her period
2. Extremely low chance of pregnancy
