was wondering if there was any program that "completely" whipes your harddrive, ive read that when you reinstall windows and format from there it doesnt completely do the job, and ive been having a hard time reinstalling windows.

your hard drive should have came with a cd, I would imagine that would completely wipe it.
fuck linux.

oh, everytime i install windows it works until i restart the computer than it will crash, for some reason i find myself lauging each time too.. guess ill just have to keep my comp booted up for a few months!!! lol

Well a low-level format will not solve that. The only thing a low-level format does is recreating the entire NTFS tree on the HDD. Won't help your crashes.
