No to PLEX releases, the only release of theirs that worked was Dreamfall.

Hmm, PLEX fucked up their alcohol releases on PacMan but seem to be more skilled with Blindwrite (if i remember, their Dreamfall release was a Blindwrite too ?)

Crashes on startup, Checked the error log and it says this
----VFS Failed to open: ./cmdline.txt-----

Just me or others got same problem ? Seems to bypass securom np with loader 1.2.

how does that securom loader work?? its only a "asr.exe" ... I execute it then select my application and then nothing.. even if I try to execute the program nothing is happening..
anybody??

same with me. When I use secure loader with Star Wars Empire at War...I see a loading disc and then the game finally runs. Nothing happens with Stacked.
Anyone else?

Why go to such lengths to protect a game with a very limited audience?
I mean who has even heard of this Daniel guy?
After all these protection routines do not come cheap (or so i think)

I'm mounting disk 2 ( which is the "play" disk) with DT4 and then use the loader to startup the game.

I had this game won't do anything on start problem. Fixed it by un-installing Alcohol 120%,.. it quit on startup if it detect an emulator. DT4 is hidden by SecuromLoader 1.2 but alcohol was detected..

Oh joy.. look.. another poker game *yawn x 50* .. 2 years from now BlackJack will be the NEW FAD.. then Slots.. then Euchre..
Meanwhile.. Poker is just about everywhere free online to play via Java. Seems completely sad to over-protect a Poker game. Bah! Well I guess we've seen this with Pool/Snooker games.

Here here!!! I am an avid player. Question for those that have the game working. Is it possible to set up a tournament with your buddies online. I play with a group and would like to set up a private table just for us. I've tried online bull$#% and you can never set up private rooms without playing with real money. info appreaciated. BTW The game won't even start on my system. Anyone that finds a solution for that problem appreaciated as well. (as i am not the only one.)

be sure to get rid of alcohol.
Check the registry for alcohol keys (even after uninstall).
I found 2 in HKLM/SOFTWARE
and 1 in
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
Also you can right-click my computer, properties, go to device manager, allow hidden peripheral to be shown. In non plug and play driver, find alcohol driver and remove it.
Use asr (KRKSecurom_Loader_1_2 on daemon tools web page) to play.
If you get a blank window, delete the 'video' folder in the game folder. Worked for me.

I always thought that poker is mainly a game of luck. That at least explains why I always get crappy cards to begin with on PartyPoker.net.

Welll well well, after going through so much to get this game to work it's pretty weak after all. The game looks butt ugly and only offers one game mode (Texas Hold Em). I just got hold of another Poker Game named World Class Poker. It's much much better. Looks better, sounds better and plays better. It has more game modes (Omaha, 7 Card Stud, Texas Hold Em and more) and has no sucky protection at all. So check that one out if you like poker game and throw that garbage here where it belongs.
