Yep, allergies suck bad
Still, you learn to live with em. I used to take allergy pills all the time. I stopped cuz fuck, takin pills for various things all the time isnt cool you know?
Unless you have serious allergies, I say just live with it.

I am lucky I have no allergies.ne of my good friends goes into anaphlaic shock if he is stung by a bee. He has an epi pen but it's not even certien it will work. I have taken him kayaking where there is no medical help. The joke is if he gets stung I am going to have to do a trechiotomy with a bic pen. Now that is something to complain about.
Right now we have cottonwood floating around in the air. It almost looks like it is snowing.

You didn't see anything yesterday? It was bad yesterday. Right now I just checked and its actually not that bad. Maybe the wind has died down.
Thats the white fuzzy crap floating in the air. Looks like cotton wood but it could be something else. Could be fireweed? Guess it depends where you are at.

Bleh, mostly my eyes have been itching, and I sneeze every 10 seconds. (When I'm outside). It's only wildflower pollen that bothers me, that cotton shit has been all over down here for the past couple of weeks, doesn't bother me one bit.

Cool What part of the island? I love Tofino. Port Hardy in the summer when its not raining. Gold River is cool too, prob my favorite. Too bad no more Luna. I got to see her.

nutmeg isnt that bad. when i usually shave my head in the summer i put a solution of water and vineger on my head, otherwise the skin gets too dry. a tip from a hairdresser
it only smells for about 10 minutes, then its gone

Medically nut meg won’t work. Epinehrine is the way to go.
People with allergies have an immune system that creates immune responses to allergens (antigens) that are not triggered in others. Your body starts to create antibodies- IgE antibodies. (that is what you guys have) IgE then causes histamine to be released into the body. Histamine is what causes the sneazing, watery eyes, nose, throat. It is your body way of removing the allergen from your system.
Nut meg can’t stop that process. Allergies are passed down from your parents. Sometimes through over exposure ( esp. certain metals, foods). I read a few studies that suggested infants exposed to antibiotics under 6 months had a greater chance of developing asthma.

Epinehrine...isnt that like some kinda cardiac related drug? along the lines of adrenaline and such?
Or am I completely wrong? |

the proccess you descibe about alergies is very precise. but trust me. nut meg helps.
on the other hand, there are some medical explanations about alergies, but as with cancer, the main motives are unknown.... yet. could be stress, well known is the geneticaly predispocision, as it is with alergies... and as with cancer, alergies have not a well known cure. but the nutmeg does a wonderfull job by avoiding the typical alergic reactions from the body. even it effects stay for some days after you take it away (lost it for example). and no side effects at all.

Fucking pollen allergies. Sometimes I have the temptation to light a fuel air bomb and blow the atmosphere to the fucking high plateaus of heaven and back, along with its fucking pollen, but then I remember that I would kill my retarded self in the process, so I go back to playing DOD, until I sneeze again or get shot by that shithead of a sniper in the middle of the 2nd Allied Position, and repeat the above thought process.
