If we follow the story-line of Lost, then you're gonna have lots of flashbacks and jumping back and forth between different characters. I don't see how you could handle all the conversations either, it would have to be some watered-down stuff. And also with the extremely slow pace Lost has (for instance, it takes them almost a whole season to figure out the button is fake), I think it will be difficult or impossible to translate this into a game.
The plot in the series is shitty, so in the game it will be even more shittier, because they probably want to leave the good stuff for the TV. Guess it'll be a retarded and boring point and click with quests such as- "Finally Kate is desperate enough to have sex with you, but Sawyer has all the condoms- find something useful for him to make a an exchange".

LoLz0rs!!11 How can you compare this peace of crap with the best FPS ever?! Farcry is a masterpiece made by super talented developers, who brought the gaming world to a new era! . But this game on the contrary will be another money pump- a half assed game for a full price. There will be many fans of the series who'll buy this game, no matter how good it is.

And i agree with mark322: Far cry was one of the greatest fps games, it came just before hl2, and had the same kind of pysics as half life2. And now Crysis. Damn they can make games!

Anyways I think the only appropriate genre for a Lost game is some kinda Fallout-ish RPG with a story not related to the Others. Witch character classes like Medic, Scout, Tank (Hurley?) etc. They could venture on some story about them polar bears, black smoke and other bunkers.
