well this game works 12 of 20 times I runned it hmmm it was a bit odd some times it said that the cd was physically defective when i un-pluged my dvd and dvd-burner , but when i play it with only the SATA HDD this one runs perfect

Thats gr8 news. I really wanted to try it out tonight but was disappointed that it was nuked for not working. Now to keep my fingers crossed and hope it works!!!!

o and i found some thing strage but maybe we can use this , looks like starforce blacklisted only the program running in memory i mean daemon , becoz if you close it and leave the emu options on this game runs .

well, so much for nothing. It didnt work on my rig and I dont even have an IDE hd, cdrom or dvdrom drive. It kept saying could not identify disc in drive. Guess I will wait for the cracked version.

It wouldn't be a problem if DT would update version more than twice a year.

Found it, still seems abit..well complicated but might be worth a try.
iTWINS is proud to be italian and to present
Rise & Fall : Civilization At War
This release is a PROPER release. Plex team
made his own version (without multilanguage
support) that won't work for anyone.
Topology in MDS file is bad and mounting
image with DT4, or using an USB adapter
won't work either.
So, here is our version, that works only if
burned and we want you read our instructions
listed below to understand how.
Well, this is our first release that needs
to be burned for playing it.
Newest StarForce3 protection drivers (like
3.7.16.04) blacklists any kind of emulation
(like Alcohol or DT4 or mini image trick),
but we found that using some DVD+RW media
game can be burned and played like the
original one.
ones provided below, burning image with
Alcohol 120 (latest version), 4x speed
writing, without RMPS option.
So, here is our personal list of media with
the specific mediacode inside them :

As you've noticed, there are same brands
with different mediacode. If you want to
know which mediacode you have on your
own media, you can see it using
DVDINFO Pro.
You can download it at the following web
address: http://www.dvdinfopro.com
Remember also that for burning DVD+RW
media, you need to format them.
The quick way is using dvdinfopro and
selecting the "erase" icon, then the
"quick format" option.
We successfully burned this game using
Plextor, Pioneer, Nec and LG burners
with the 3 mediacodes listed above.
The most important thing is the mediacode
and not the brand used.
