Say what u want about the sims, but it still rocks Very Happy
Imagine in 2008, will there be ANYTHING you cant do in it? In my opinion there are alot of games that gives more "instant-fun" or deeper gameplay, but The Sims is always a genre you can go back to when you come home drunk one late night..

Just leaning back in the chair playing an interior decorator while drinking some more, having your dude build robots to sell, build a restaurant to earn money, the night air outside the window.... You can LEAVE and go take a piss, turn on the tv to check if there is anything good on, go and cook noodles, and THEN come back to the game, and nothing is ruined, not game over, no problems!!
In those games you are really "free", because the game doesnt force your attention. You can be as drunk as u want and itll still go along great Very Happy

And thats the reason i always come back to it from time to time!

This one is buggy as hell. Maxis posted a warning prior to release saying that and that they were working on a patch.

Maxis actually released some patches for this. If you have OFB installed as well as FFS you need to install the OFB and FFS patches as oddly enough they contain different things.
