Quote: | Brave warriors command huge armed dinosaurs and other dangerous beasts in a wonderful primeval world full of danger."
ParaWorld is a realtime strategy game that brings the player into a wild archaic world with gigantic dinosaurs.
This world is parallel to our world. But an archaic atmosphere prevails in this world, since it is ruled by warlike tribes and huge dinosaurs.
Riding powerful fighting dinosaurs at a dizzying height, your warriors will be leading them through a prehistoric world as breathtakingly beautiful as it is dangerous. Armed with devastating weapons and covered in fearsome war paint you will go to battle - leading your people into a fight to save the ParaWorld.
In 5 breathtakingly beautiful landscapes with different game conditions the PEST-engine will show the full spectrum of its high quality. The PEST-engine is an in-house development which allows the player to merge into amazingly detailed graphics.
The gameplay of ParaWorld is based on classic RTS games combined with some new features. It consists of 80% fight and 20% build-up elements.
The player plays ParaWorld by controlling his tribes and training them to fight and build. The three tribes distinguish themselves not only by their technology progress but also by their different behaviour with the fighting units depending on the way of play.
Each tribe will have at disposal 20 to 35 different types of units, such as fight-rhinos, steam boats, brachiosaur catapults, transport turtles, minefields, rocket boats, etc. Each unit has special abilities and fighting skills.
The prehistoric species have the leading role in ParaWorld. They can be used not only as fighting units but also as raw material sources and can be hunted and domesticated. There are mountable and aquatic animals, big and small dinosaurs, sea turtles and fishes, armoured dinosaurs, horned saurians, Pterosaurs, feline predators, mammoths, wild boars, rhinos, insects, stags and…and…and.
In all there are 50 different kinds of prehistoric species, including 40 different types of dinosaurs to ensure a greater variaty of combat options.
With overall vision, the single player is lead through each scenario and the thrilling story with almost 70 movie-like sequences. Furthermore there are numerous multiplayer maps for up to 8 players

Sounds like a counter strike map
Most RTS'sesses i've played have been fun Even if they got low review rating. They were fun for at least 40 minutes. Will give this one a try if my pc can handle it.

dont think so
some (if not all) of these random crashes (mentioned in nfo) that happen are crc check functions of tages api and they arent fixed in the crack from what i can see on crack - but lets see as without org dvd i cant read the needed code from dvd

"The game is still quite buggy, so blame the devs for disabled buttons, missing
sounds, random crashes etc. - it's NOT crack-related!"
I guess all the crashes are not related to the crack, but we can't be sure, they might be lying. If it was the old Razor1911, I'd believe them blindly, but the new one...

Well the "confession" in the nfo is enough for me to decide NOT to d/l it even if these are developer bugs.

I've played it for almost 1 hour (an 1 vs. 1 Skirmish) and I didn't observed nothing strange, no crashes, no missing buttons, no freezes, nothing...it worked perfect.

i dont think rzr is lieing. what they did on prey was ok rld does the same with many other releases like putting unprotected exe files from online stores into releases. i think rld was just pissed that they loosed the game vs rzr thats all. looks like some bad loosers for me ... and the paraworld crack is a master piece i dont think rld can even do it!

This game works and found no problems with it, proud to see RZR 1911 back on the right track.
I trust this rls group more than Reloaded or any other lower bended rls group (deviance), except Unleashed (former rls 'Mirror' group) they still can make the best
So don't complain when it won't be the game you like to play, a game is a game and if you don't like that, make an own game so we all can flame against your shitty programming...
Hey its no offence or a defense but just a shot middle in the target....

Thats BS. RELOADED isnt quality anymore and maybe they never were

True. The crack is 100% sure bad for lan play (crashes if you join a lan game on a dedicated server). There are atleast in 1h debugging 5 crc functions seeable that generate random crashes by calculatic crcs over paraworld.exe, pwserver.exe and pwclient.exe and compare with hardcoded stuff which fail and push some stuff that leads to random crashes. But well its RZRs first real tages crack for a TAGES API version so hey give them time to fix it proper.

A friend looked into the original executable. And it does not have TAGES he says.

there are 3 exes
paraworld.exe = nothing big
pwclient.exe = tages api
pwserver.exe = some checks on lan and inet play (serial and crc)
all i can see is a crash in paraworld.exe and pwserver.exe if you run dedicated server
"paraworld.exe -dedicated" and then join lan game => leads to a fantastic crash
