So what's left for you then?

I ignore kid's games but I try the rest. If I don't try it I won't know if it's good or not.

I give most games a chance. Although I judge mainly on screenshots before I play. Some games I will always try though. If the series has proven itself in the past. i.e Splinter Cell, R6, Fallout, C&C, GTA, KOTOR etc.

That's a shame, since there is many good russian and german titles out there. Star Wolves was pretty fun. Anno, Battle Isle, Spellforce and Sacred are pretty solid german titles (just to name a few).

All games protected by Starforce or Tages.
Starforce because they deserve to go out of business, and Tages because I can't make a working backup of it.

Good point about starforce - I forgot to mention that, even if a gem like Oblivion was protected by Starforce I would have not bought it out of principal.

graphics intensive games(they are usualy empty gameplay wise), adventure games(i don't have the patience anymore to click on every inch of the screen for clues) although i install myst 3 from time to time to admire the scenery, sports games(my dexterity is next to 0 when it comes to FIFA 200* and NBA200*, you choose what's instead of the asterix), fast paced RTS(WH:DC comes to mind now). Now, i remain with RPG, TBS, a few racing games, and some very few online fps(mainly the first Day of Defeat and i want to try now America's Army, because it's free). In the end, if we draw the line, i play geezer games. Damn, when i started playing 10 years ago i was all over action games, now with the passing of time i play "one turn a day" games...
