Converts links from imageshack and similar image hosters, so that they link images direclty instead of those dynamic pages containing the image.
Hence, displaying these images directly in a window or using Download-Manager to download them is possible.
For doing so some pre-defined filters are used.

Had some talks with imageshack folk, and this appears to be fair.
Shouldn't break too much layout stuff however.
