I have a problem with a link to an Nfo file it points to an entirely different file. The link is from another from Warez News.I don't know of any way I can contact them onthis issue. The reason I'm asking for help here is that the link pointed to this index and I am a noob.I would like to give more information on the file itself but I don't know if this would be against the rules. The link was posted on March 22nd 06 in Wareznews.I dont know how to get the hash mark for the file so that i can go to to Bitzi to get more info.Is there software or a site where i can resolve links to torrents and Nfo files that are incorrect?

Thx I understand that this is only an index.I'm new but not necessarily stupid.I know the link came from somewhere else.I also noticed when looking for the Nfo by dates posted that there was a problem with the posts from late march through early April on Nlforce.I've tried some search engines but that did not help.I also appreciate any help I get.

I've moved this to site feedback so our admins may see it. The question you have asked is not stupid nor is it against the rules in anyway, you are simply trying to figure out why an NFO link leads to a different NFO, nothing wrong with that at all. However I am unsure if the admins of NFOrce can help, depends on if the problem is on our side or this other websites side..
Have you found the NFO on NFOrce?
Either way I think the guys above have hit the nail on the head should the issue be NFOrce's side.

I haven't seen the Nfo i was looking for on this index and haven't been able to locate it elsewhere. I went through other sections of this forum looking for some information that might help. From reading what happened to some of the members of the forum during the time period that this Nfo was posted my issue seems small.I have tried checking a couple major search engines to see if i can get more info but I keep running into dead ends.I also checked to see if the files were cross linked but that took me to the same Nfo.Thx for the help

Well, I just checked. The NFO matches up with our entry in the database. There's no hick-up on our side. It was probably the site you came from that fiddled things up.

Thx for the info.I noticed some of the other links on the site for that day had the same problem. They pointed to a different Nfo.I think Nfo was lost when the database crashed.
