I don't think its a power supply related. I'm turning on the computer, the CPU fan is starting to spin but nothing else gets power, can't open the CD, the hard drive doesn't spin and i don't get a signal on the screen. I've tried to disconnect every molax connector but its still the same, I can't hear any beeping from my pc speaker coz its not connected and i can't seem to find where to connect it to in the mother board. (d845hv)
Help
weird thing, when nothing from the Cds or hard drives connected to the power and only the mother board seem to work, when i connect a simple fan to the psu it spins really slow has if he doesn't have where to get the power from. This is the second new psu I've tried .. maybe bad jumpers settings?

Your best bet would be to try each piece of hardware in another machine... And recommendations would be to start with RAM and gfx.

Also try disconnecting devices one by one and see what happens... Or disconnect all and see if it boots then (hdd's and so on).

Indeed. I would imagine it would either be that or some other Mobo problem... Try it on a spare mobo or pull the buy and return to see if that's it?

I get this problem when i try to overclock my CPU.

Just restart the CMOS jumper (look at yout MB manual, usually its near the bios battery)
