Whats wrong with them? are they in the same directory as the film and named the same? If you use vobsub with windows media player if you have the auto-loading version you should see the icon in the taskbar like this;

right click and choose the language. Sometimes by default it's turned off. Alternatively you can just use BSplayer and they should autoload and you can turn them on and off by pressing S.

Sometimes I find .srt's file better than .sub's but it's whatever comes with the film I suppose.

http://subtitles.images.o2.cz/
and
http://subscene.com/

are the two subtitles websites I use. extratitles / titles.to has been shut down now Sad

Yea you need to extract the .rar again (sometimes they're named identical to one of the 'main' rar files so its best to extract them to a new folder / after you've extracted the film in the first place.

Anyway the idx is all the timestamps, colours etc. it looks like this
 Spoiler:

Anyway if you have an idx it usually forces the time interal (23.whatever. and 25fps usually)
Also I just tried RV (same relase) and it does appear that they fucked up the subs Razz You can override the timing in the vobsub settings.

Right click > Direct vobsub (auto loading version) > Timing (then adjust the delay or the force fps option).

Anyway yea like I said... it does seem like they fucked up the subs on this release which is strange because i've never had that happen before on a proper release.

edit: See there you go ^ Razz
