I have a bunch of video's in the .AVI format that I want to put onto DVD with menus. What's the best (and easiest) DVD authoring software to use?...I tried Studio 10, but for some reason or another, after the encoding, and video is all choppy and the audio is outta sync...any suggestions?...Thanks in advance..!

The best way to do it IMO so to not convert from avi to mpg and simply download mpg files from the start. Takes longer to convert them and mostly gives crappy results as the ones you're describing.

nero has some kinda authoring program. Nero Vision i believe. You also have advance programs like adobe encore which is more proffesional.

Best way is to use a good encoder regardless of what authoring software you end up using. Adobe Premiere is an acceptable NLE that can output to CCE. Plus, using a program like Premiere or Apple's NLE lets you apply filters to clean up low quality avi files without having to write avisynth scripts.

i use dvd lab pro. but you have to convert avi to dvd before though. dvd lab pro just lets you create a menu. you can create pretty much any kind of menu you can imagine, if you have the skill and time 1F U C4N R34D 7H1S, U R34LLY N33D 70 G37 L41D
