This is my mate's (who i work with) lunch everyday.

Ribena RTD - £0.89
Milkshake - £0.85
Milkshake - £0.85
CAD Brownie -£ 0.75
Mr K Shortcake - £0.49
SF Sandwich Roll - £1.79
SF Sandwich Roll - £1.79

and..

A Bag of Chips - £1.00

I thought i'd share this with you haha all of that comes too £8.41 a day!!

That's my lunch... and um about 12 Stone that is 74.4 Kilograms or 164 pounds.

And it's not my fault, it's the medication I am on making me hungry all the time haha.

You think 74.4 is a bit on the heavy side? anything less and your almost looking at a stick figure.

Like i said it depends on his height.

Take me for example, although i've slacked off a bit, i'm 23 yrs old and 180cm (6ft). I run around 5k 3 times a week, and when i was in my peak (like i said i've slacked off Sad ). I use to weigh around 75 kilos, and there was no fat on me.

What do you think all those built up guys on the movies you would like weigh, i tell you it would be more than 75 kilos, also remember that muscle weights more than fat, so a big muscular person would weight a fair bit.

EDIT: WOOPS just re-read your post, your saying you don't mind a guy a bit on the heavy side.

165 lb is heavy???? only if your like 5'2


Im 6'2 , 230 lb and i consider myself a little over weight. Little love handles ya know, but i work out quite a bit and im fairly solid. Just need to work harder on my cardio
