You select the files you wish to download. And click delete. Confirm and in an instant you'll have the files you wished to download. 
Or you can use flash fxp and just drag the files into the directory you wish them to be downloaded to. Will take a lot longer than what i've described  but it'll work.
In other ftp proggies there are download buttons. In windows, I think, you just select the files, right click and select download to folder.
