Check your PSP version.
2.0, 2,01, 2.50 and 2.60 can be downgraded thereby making you able to load Iso loaders and other homebrew apps.
Though this will require a old version of the game: GTA: LCS.

They're shit though, I wouldn't risk voiding your warranty and installing one of those dodgy chips only for it to transform your 360 into a useless hunk of metal.

Yah Godlikez*, the PSP has been fully opened up for ISO loading and homebrew on 1.5 so you really need to tell us that version of yours.

you can check your version PSP firmware under system, firmware.
You can now down grade from 2.6 to 1.5. Theres a new devhook loader for loading a lot of games.
I believe you can buy a 4 gig memory card for as little as £60.00 now.
Check which DVD drive your 360 has. Could be one of at least two possible three. Also if you've got a new machine chances are it's a new Hitachi (47D?), and wil need an intel compatable board if your flashing the DVD yourself. Most local backstreet stores will do it for you for around 60 quid, if you know who to ask and where too look.
I kind of prefer this route, in fact the store I went to gave me a reciept for insurance, in case the unit got bricked.l

Be careful with downgrading though, people report problems if your PSP was built on 2.6, and not previously upgraded to 2.6

hiatus_gsw that's not true. you just need to hold the power button up for a longer period of time. Sometimes it can take 10 seconds+. Doing the battery way works too and it's fine to do it, just not really necessary.
