How do they groups make their nfos?Do they manually fill in the bitrates and infos or is there a programm that can read the stats from files auto auto complete the fields?

i know morgoths mp3 releaser uses nfo skeletons, computes all the data in the release and fills in the fields.. you put the variables where you want them. so, groups more than likely have their own script/program to do so.

u really think that?!? nfo designs are done by nfo groups for rls groups.. such groups are:
RMRS/ACiD - Remorse/ACiD Productions
SAC - Superior Art Creations
HOA - HighOnAscii
CRO - Chemical Reaction
and many more...
you will see their tags on nfos...
these are not done with graphic to ascii converters, they are done as manual keystrokes in programs like PabloDraw.
PabloDraw is great, it allows you to host a server so people can connect and draw ascii together.
with regards to the filling in of information, lots of groups use homemade prog tools to fill them in, its an easy bit of coding.
