Partition magic 8 Rescue disks

Is there any way to have something else then a 3.5" diskette . for example a usb disk ar a cd or a external harddisk... Cause i dont have a 3.5" diskettereader Crying or Very sad

It's for old computers wich can't boot from cd but have a floppy drive. But what excatly does this rescue disk do, older versions of PM had an option to make floppy disks of the program, so you could use it on computers wich hadn't an os yet.

hey! speaking about partition magic 8, i've tried it, wanted to resize some of my partitions, and the stupid program didn't wanted to work. all goes fine, till the reboot, supposedly to resize the partitions, but then, some strange error ocurred and back to windows.

btw, windows xp sp2...

guess i should post the error too... gonna post it later...

ahh, i forgot. the first time i used it, on my clean installation of winxp, worked as it supposed to work...
