If you copy over the" Localizedstrings" folder from the English demo you at least get the main menu in English and English subtitles for the German speech. Also the storyline you read while you wait for the next level to load is in English as well.
I kind of figured it out using "trial and error" sinice I don't know what I'm doing, but I got this far.
Don't even know if you can get the actual speech going in English using the demo. Maybe somebody who actually knows how to do this shit can figure it out...
