Well we all know chaos theory installs the starforce drivers. well....look in the bottom right of the picture. M$ FTW

yea but will the game run? and wasnt that fixed in SF4 anyway?

will no, if you look closley at the splinter cell screen it gives an error. You can't update a starforce driver that's burned onto a disk

yes, you can mount nicely sf3 games with vista beta (same thing), but it's fixed with sf4 (sf managed to pass the uber-windoze compatibility "thing). yes
