I remember seeing part of a movie a few years (6 or so) ago on tv.
It was about some guy who used a telescope to watch women undress from his appartment. Then some hot women moves in the building across him, so he starts watching her every night. Then on one night he sees her getting murdered with a chainsaw (i think?)
He goes to the police and nobody believes him....
Some scenes i remember, one where he dreams about some girl on the beach who walks by him and flashes him. Also in one scene he watched tv and there is some show on television where a pornstar who gets interviewed and plays with her tits.
Ofcourse my parents turned it off when they saw what i was watching, so i don't know anything else.
I would be very happy if anybody know which movie i'm describing.

To me it sounds more like the 1984 hitchcock-esque movie "Body Double" by Brian de Palma

yep true, but the part about the pornstar makes me believe its body double. i think melanie griffith played the porn star in body double

It is Body Double and no it wasn't a chainshaw, it was a big hand drill the murder weapon, nice movie.
