Quote:
"To sum up, I want you to buy this game. It was wonderful. It was funny, gripping, sad, happy, and contained all the Platypus’ you could ever need. It was everything you would want in a story. There were times I laughed out loud, and times I fought back the tears. It was beautiful in it’s own right and I am desperately keen for a sequel. Freebird Games, please make another one!"

Crap, I can't get this game to work in Windows 7. I get no cursor in the game and WSAD/arrows don't even move the characters. Anyone else have this problem? Sad

Outstanding game!! Absolutely fucking outstanding! Purchased this AND the OST. I cannot even begin to describe how phenomenally awesome this was, though I wouldn't *really* term it as a game.. rather it's an interactive story. Luckily I love those and - even better - it's from the same team that gave us Quintessence and The Mirror Lied.

I loved this so much!

According to the savegame it took me around 3 hours, but I've done everything quite slowly

Like Sabin said, it's not exactly a game, it's more like an interactive voyage into human emotions Smile

That's nice, since I can't invest too much time in other games besides Skyrim Razz
Gonna try it out and gonna buy it if it kicks me in the balls like it did to you guys.

Anywhere between 3 and 4 hours, depending on how quick you are.. and that description is very apt too. Man, I loved the shit out of this.

Just a quick update, not only is there a sequel in the works - but also a small chapter bridging the end of this and the start of the sequel. Oh and it's on Steam now as well, along with a statement from the dev that current owners will be able to get Steam keys once it launches.

Dunno if it is what sabin was talking about but a new chapter of sorts is out as a free update. http://steamcommunity.com/app/206440/discussions/0/630800445885556219/

Quote:
It's a bonus Holiday Special mini-sode that's about 20 minutes long, intended for those who have finished To the Moon. c: It features Neil & Eva at their branch of Sigmund Corp, sometimes after the events in the main game.

Info on the holiday special:
http://freebirdgames.com/2013/12/31/to-the-moon-holiday-special-releas/

You can launch the game by going to To the Moon's Steam folder (right click the game in library -> Properties, Local Files tab, Browse Local Files).

From there, the bonus game is launched with this program/path:
To the Moon\SigCorp - Holiday Special (Bonus Game)\Siggy - Holiday Special.exe

Since it's freshly out of the oven, only the English version is available at the time. So if your client's set to another language, you can still get the bonus game by temporarily setting To the Moon to English to download the patch. (Properties -> Languages)

Hope you guys like it!

Woohoo! It's finally out Very Happy Shame I'm not at home so it will be a while before I can play, but it's nice to see it given as a free update/download, rather than pay-for Smile Now comes the painful wait for TTM2, heh.
