this should have gone into the game-thread or the movie forum, i guess. But here is an answer anyways. As the game seems to flesh out the stuff, that the movie intentionally left out, i d go for seeing the movie first. It s a damn fine movie and the beginning conversation about the madonna-song still haunts my thoughts regularly 
If you do it the other way around, it might spoil too much of the movie and will make the game perhaps a worse experience.

playing the game first would give false expectations on the movie and affect negatively to both
most of the gameplay is of stuff we didn't see in the film
and focuses much on very different issues..well, ok, it only focuses on action and shooting stuff.. while the film focuses on the actual issues in question
so film first
i loved the film, can see the unbelievable game potential it has and that the gamedevs realized it when designing the game, but completely botched the execution of that design, and ending up with a game i can only hate as a result

The game is complementary to the movie. you don't have to play the game to understand the movie but you need to see the movie to follow the game. All the action they talk about in the game, you get to see/play it in the game.
Movie first, game second. If you really liked the movie you'll like the game. If you didn't like the movie all you'll see in the game are crappy graphics and lag

This fucking game sucks, it´s an insult to the movie which is fucking great, the producers of this game deserves the lethal injection for coming up with bullfuck like this.

the "sound trick" doesn't work for everyone. the result i got was crappy sound and laggy graphics. Stil managed to finish the game tho
btw: do not forget to for the hardware sound acceleration back on when you're done playing, aparently quicktime needs it to give sound in trailers. Reinstalled quicktime 3 times before i firgured out it was the sound acceleration
