You look at the NFO's in the NFO section of this website. That will tell you the latest releases as and when they are released. From time to time it can be a little slow, but its still a great resource. Checking the forums is also helpful, as a lot of the time the release is posted here before it is posted on the main website.

Ah ok I see what your asking. We have people who update our database of NFO's when a release is made. Most of these people have access to "higher means" of getting the releases, generally before they are avalible to the general public on P2P networks and other such places.
So to answer your question. People hired as "updaters" put the NFO's on NFOrce, these people may have access to group FTP's or they may simply have access to other high level leech spots.
