would be if it worked properly if you have the goomba release
Xbox_Live_Arcade_Unplugged_PROPER_NTSC_XBOX360-CLEAR is out, fixes lockups in the Goomba release and still region free

Û²²Û With the Goomba we experienced intermittent lock-ups

Û²²Û scenario mode, losing all progress for that match (and we
Û²²Û were up $2,764,000.00!). Multiple sources for us have
Û²²Û confirmed it as such. All other games/modes appear to be ok.

Û²²Û It's possible that it was a bugged batch from Microsoft or a
Û²²Û bad dump. However, we've tested our release in both these
Û²²Û spots and confirm that it works 100%, so we release this
Û²²Û proper.
Û²²Û Side-note: The games are *NOT* all offline, you *CAN* play
Û²²Û on Live in several of the games if you have an XBL account.

Û²²Û This release is pre-patched with SS, and stealth-patched
Û²²Û with DMI and PFI. Each included individually in
Û²²Û clr-xlau-ss_dmi_pfi.rar
