Works with the fix and CMD
First do this in CMD
We need to add a 2kb (2048bytes) file before of the data in IMAGE.000. I used the ss.bin from the patch and went do command prompt (cmd) and in the same directory of the IMAGE.000 put the SS.BIN and wrote "copy /b ss.bin + IMAGE.000 game.iso" then rename IMAGE.000 to IMAGE.999 and rename game.iso to IMAGE.000 and follow the steps in the patch (not need to rename if you extract from game.iso to another directory).
Then do all the steps inside the fix

i would say its a ss fault , i had the same error with top spin PAL had to patch with a AUS PAL ss and it worked fine after

I got the fix , but the image file is now 507 Mb ?? .... Sorry Did something wrong ..
Now it is the good size .
I is not a good patch , image still dont boot .

Mine is same size as before splitting.
Retry the guide.
Anyone burned it and can confirm if it works?

Tried the new ss bin file, but he said game not in database, tried everything but doesn't work... Is it nessesary too patch it?? The dnl version?? Any help pls??

The nfo says 8 steps to get it work, have you followed those?

i got Madden.NFL.07.PAL.SS.FiX.XBOX360-DNL but it doesn't include the files that the NFO says. Mine has :-
dmi.bin
pfi.bin
ss.bin
Any1 got any ideas what im supposed to do with these? Or alternativley could some one PM me with the proper one? Im more than willing to waiste a DL disc to try it.

OK CLEARER STEPS GUYS
Ok,

2. Have another folder(2) with the files from the patch, with 6 files.
3. Copy the SS.BIN from that folder(2) to folder(1), so you have 3 files now.
4. Open Command Prompt (CMD) go to that folder (1) and type "/copy b ss.bin + IMAGE.000 game.iso" without commas, and wait (take some time).
5. So you have now 4 files in folder(1).
6. Open SS MERGER 1.6 from the patch (or other if you have), go to Tools, Iso Splitter, and a new window will open.
7. Now, select Original ISO(image.000) from folder(1), check extract game partition, and then choose below the path to folder(2) and give the name "game.iso", without commas, and wait.
8. Now go to command prompt again, and switch to folder(2), here you will have 7 files now, type build360.bat and wait again.
9. BURN, and if you don't have any problem with failure of PC, DVD or MEDIA, you will have a working game. |

solution seems to be to add 2 kb more to image.
The above will not do that. I edited it to:

after 4 discs wasted, lol
seems like my work is ammendment ot the orginal fix work around is spreading about, seeing i typed this out on another site, lol, and its the same as whats posted next post up

2. Have another folder(2) with the files from the patch from the fix, with 6 files.
3. Copy the SS.BIN from that folder(2) to folder(1), so you have 3 files now.
4. Open Command Prompt (CMD) go to that folder (1) and type "copy /b ss.bin + IMAGE.000 Orginal.iso" without commas, and wait (take some time).
5. So you have now 4 files in folder(1).
6. Open SS MERGER 1.6 from the patch (or other if you have), go to Tools, Iso Splitter, and a new window will open.
7. Now, select Original.iso from folder(1) that you created at step 4, check extract game partition, and then choose below the path to folder(2) and give the name "game.iso", without commas, and wait.
8. Now go to command prompt again, and switch to folder(2), here you will have 7 files now, type build360.bat and wait again.
9. BURN, and if you don't have any problem with failure of PC, DVD or MEDIA, you will have a working game.

Noob question but how do i go to a folder in CMD
The path is "C:\Documents and Settings\David\My Documents\FIX1" so what do i type in?

When I play this, I get pissed of the times the game stops and waits for drive to read the dvd.
Are you guys experiencing this also????
