Fuck nero, damn bloatware. It was great before they started including all shit into it.
A burning app should stay as a burner app not a damn burn/encode/watch movies with our shitty tools stuff.

Yeah usually I only install the burning part, but the problem now is, if Nero Vision knows it's cracked and is sabotaging my movies then is Burning Rom doing really cracked or is it going to bite me on the arse in a few months when all my discs stop working?

I can't keep trying different keygens til I find one that works cos it takes too long encoding dvd's over and over.
I'll be happy to go back to the previous burning rom cos 7 is too friendly, like you can't delete files from the explorer view unless you specifically enable it in the options.
So what is a good proggy to re-encode a dvd from ntsc to pal, including the menus??

You need to work on your reading comprehension Iced freon, I was using that as an example of how nero has become overly user-friendly to the point that simple operations now take extra effort.
Everyone else thanks for the responses, I'll take a look at DVD-Shrink

DVDshrink is crap. no one who wants a decent quality dvd uses that trash. you want a real good qual transfer then CCE it.

DVDShrink can give pretty good results too. I used it to shrink that big ass Alien box and I haven't seen any bad quality in any of the shrinked ones yet. Could be me getting lucky.
DVDShrink can do the job pretty decently IMO but sure, if you wanna spend some real time and have higher quality go for CCE.. But why bother putting all that time into it.

Yeah shrinking is crap when you compare quality you see major difference in some scenes. I just split rar them, burn to dvd5's and wait till my burner dies and I would by a burner which will support dvd9's or some other technology.
