No. Maybe they do wear ties in your schools, but here, first you have to afford a yacht to be able to wear a tie to school.

Thats what I like to hear. I had to learn how to tie a tie for a job when i was 16. It's like riding a bike, you never forget how to do it once you know.

having to tie a tie always makes me wanna puke. i had to wear one on my graduation day, had to wear one when i was working in a store for 2 weeks. i always end up crying in a foetal position if i try to tie one. in the end my father always ties them for me, probably i should learn to tie them myself but i seem to tie up my fingers and not the tie...

Course not, its not like in England where you have to wear uniforms and shit. I didn't even use one at the Christmas ball ^^

Its worth spending a little money on one if your going to have a few as part of your wardrobe .. the more expensive tailor made ones have heavy metal threads in them .. so they hang better & silk slides perfectly into a nice neat knot ..
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the easy tie --
As you look down the tie .. make sure the narrow end is on your weak side .. say right handed .. put the narrow on the left .. place the end of the narrow side on your navel then rap over with the fat side twice | under the neck line & into the wrap you made .. be sure to keep the knot away from you until its through .. then pull to tighten .. that way you can gently make sure the knot is neat ..

What is the difference between a bow tie and a tie. I know they look different (not stupid) But when you wear a tie and when do you use a bow tie.

 this isn't a post your face thread, marky. It's a tie thread. He posted his tie. A nice tie at that and a such. I don't like his suit much. No cufflinks. Cufflinks are awesome! He needs cufflinks! I got a question tho, icy, is that a guess watch? I bought a friend of mine a guess watch that looked like it two years ago. I'm sure it's not a guess watch. Just wondering.
