The S.W.A.T is outside your house/apartment and are gonna shoot you to death, not arrest you, just shoot you. There are windows and emergency stairs down but there is 2 cops standing there. your only weapon is a plastic knife.

Obviously I would try to escape....
Its hard to get away from a cop invasion tho. Been in houses that have got raided and when they enter, they fuckin enter and dont stop till everyone's on the ground.

if they really are going to kill you .. & you know its BS .. because your not a threat to anyone .. its time for risk assessment like Esel_Gesi said .. they have put themselves @ risk by being tools .. blow the place ...
if you got into your bathtub full of water .. you could probably suffer minimal damage to your person & walk out though the rubble ..

Save the game, then charge the SWAT team, taking one out by throwing the plastic knife at him, breaking his arm, using him as a human shield before turning his gun on the rest, shooting them all in the knee's and arms, then disarm them with 2 moves and walk away.
Look over my should, which would cause the house to explode and then vanish into the dust

I am revisting your reply.
You should move to BC. Then you can just wait out the cop invasion with peace, relax, do what they say, and then pay the fine (unless it is really bad) Fines are the cost of doing business sometimes.
