Yeah, i know the ports are routed. and i know that i can upload. but im having problems seeding torrents to a specific tracker. could there be some setting i have stopping me from seeding on it?

Actually, Im pretty sure
As telling you would be contributing to the distribution of illegal items and would put the site at risk
Same reason they dont link to bit torrent and p2p sites...same reason nforce doesnt host any files besides nfos
