As the topic title suggests.

My two is Wickerman and The Breakup. It's like they ran out of money or ideas and just said " Hey, were ending this now, just make something up and fade out. But wickerman by far....worst ending EVER.

I'm guessing with the Wickerman you saw the shitty remake? The original is a million times better.

The worst ending to a film I ever saw that I can think of and immediately sprang to mind was House on Haunted Hill.

Doom the movie...it was a shitty movie (apart from the fps part) but the ending was so incredible lame.
Other movies with bad endings - Romper Stomper, Return of The King (yeah, its pretty much like the book I guess...but there are stuff that went waaaay too fast in the movie imo).

Coolest ending 2000+ imo is Dawn Of The Dead remake..I really like the sequence after the credits.

shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

What happens there after the credits ? Razz I saw the movie some years ago and didn't anticipate to wait till the credits end.

Yeah well..once the ghosts appear its kind of like switching off the combat...thats abit silly - they've removed some nice fighting .

oh yea!
descent had a totally shit false ending
they should assrape the director for waving his dick on the viewers' faces like that
there's no other reason than the "haahaa" factor of his own gonads
the film was great up till that

Have you seen "Brazil" LOOOOOOOOOL now that was a long false ending but nothing wrong with it . Another great movie with a double end was Evil dead 3 , in the american version he overslept and woke up on armagedons day (this was the best ending) , in the europeanized version he was back in the store and kicked ass again to that undead granny (lame ending)

Anyway talk about bad ending I add to the list "Ms and Mr Smith"

OMG there are LOADS of flicks that have awful endings!!! too many to even remember and they seem to get worse rather than better. In fact films in general recently leave quite a bit to be desired but it makes it better when you do watch a really good one i guess cos they stand out more.

Worst ending to a film that immediately comes to mind for me apart from the wickerman remake has to be history of violence! I'd have to go through all my films to remember them all. i try to block them out!!

I wouldn't say everything, but to a certain degree i agree with that one. I am always nicely satisfied with something that doesnt have the perfect happy ending, gives the film a more realistic touch.

So per your definition, 99% of all movies have a bad ending?

I'm cool with happy endings, but overly happy, patriotic and fucking sentimental up-your-ass endings makes me puke.
