Hey guys~
Just another newbie style question. I am backing up my Xbox360 games and have the .iso's that I need. The problem I have is getting the game to boot in the xbox360. I have a Softmod so no worries there. I just need help getting the game to Boot. Any Tips would help. Love the site.

You rip the iso's properly, or downloads them. Make sure the SS are applied to them, burns to a DVD+r DL in case you have the xtreme firmware. Play.
What the heck do you mean with "softmod"? Is that the same as the firmware mod for you?

Thanks, so I guess I need to change to a pionner burner and that should help. (Already using a Verbatum Disks.)
There is no booting code that needs to be added to the .iso file or the .nfo files before I Burn the disk. At a couple bucks a piece i want to make sure I understand right.

How do I check and or change the "security sectors"? Also I have read alot of the posts on this and tried to use Nero Burning program and it tells me the file is to large? Is there a setting I need to use with Nero?

Dont use Nero burning rom, use Clone CD. Pretty much every recent release has pre patched SS, so unless your backing up your own games you don't need to worry about them..

Thanks for the advice on the Clone cd. I am a novice at this, I bought a Xbox 360 that was Firmware updated. I am not sure on alot of the stuff that I need to make the back up games. This is somthing that I realy am tring to read up on. just a few qestions still.
1. Do I need to burn the .nfo file with the .Iso file
2. Security Secters? Where do I add or Change these?
3. Is that all I need to back up a game is the .iso and the pioner firmware with the Clone CD?

1) No, NFO files are for information only..

The guide above is about ripping and burning XBOX360 games.. let us know if it doesn't help..

Thanks Guys. I have a PSP also that is flash Firmware. No where as hard as this is starting to become. I will try it out. thaks again.
