ok first impressions.
The very first level plays like an extra map from CT, the graphics dont look that impressive it just looks like CT. So i'm thinking fuck i'm sure the gameplay movies looked better than this. When the first mini level ends it all changes. The second level ur in a prison and it suddenly now looks next gen. I like the way they did that out with the old in with the new. Also the story is told as a monolgue by lambert there's no news reports this time kinda cool. The controller interface is quick and slick using the bumper buttons for weapon n gadget selections. You hold down the a button to perform actions. Keeping the button held give you other choices such as use fibre optic cable, stealth opening for doors. Weapons are unlockable by completing the secondary objectives. There's 3 difficulty levels Easy, normal, hard. U get rated ala CT at the end based on stealth.
overall so far very impressed i love the way how the first level didnt look super impressive they certainly just slam you with it on the prison level. SC next gen FTW. Look for the homage to shawshank redemption on the second level heheh didnt take sam 20 yrs tho

I thought the last one sucked... but this one is allot better 
mybe its because the 360 is lacking in quality games
