Is there a simmilar program like Photo Booth (MAC) but for XP?
Some pics of a friend of mine...nooooo its not me

Well I know Photoshop pretty well as it the main software i use at work  . Photo Booth does this sort of automatic when its hooked up to a Web cam or digital camera...sort of real time if you wish. Thanks but PS is not really the answer.
EDIT: I just saw your modification. Yea you can pull and swirl and stuff in PS but you cant make his hair grow out like in the 1st original pic for e.g.. My friend have really short hair in real. More like pic 2.
