well, HW2 is nice and all, but you really have to make some time for it. Whenever i play it and lay it down for awhile, i find it hard to get in the game after i start playing it again. But a cool game indeed

NO FUCK OFF.....

I swear I orderd this game a week ago from the net, been playing it 24/7 like I used to a year ago. Man, too bad the HW2 franchise is dead forever, no addon either.

Very good game - aye. Wish they would give the option for group combat too (or just for fun - implant the option to drive the ships on your own...as in Eve online or something)..then again, that might ruin the game I guess Smile

shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

homeworld was the don of rts's. it's pretty much what got me in to EVE, but then again, EVE is life consuming :/

Anyone remember K240 on the Amiga later revamped as Fragile Allegiance for the PC? Now that was a good game. I think it was the sequel to Utopia. I loved the concept.

omg lol ... the good old days ...

I played that loads on my Amiga, used to love nuking the hell out of the alien's asteroids. Think i've still got the disks somewhere. It was the sequel to Utopia as well.

As for Deus Ex, I reinstalled it a few weeks ago after reading a thread on here. Just up to the mansion in France, I love this game Very Happy

500mb in almost 9 hours! lmao.

Sorry to mods for torrent mention! I do hope I am forgiven! Very Happy

Edit: OMG its done lol. 9 hours 43 minutes for 536mb. I forgot how good torrents were Rolling Eyes

it seems HW2 atleast is kept alive thanks to mod community. but yea, those good ole games *sniff* good times, good times.

PS! average of 20kB/s from a torrent really makes it worth owning a 10+mb connection doesnt it...

i really should replay deusex again.. haven't touched it in years
what other games have the same effect?
not too many i guess
but i periodically get cravings for, and have most always installed to avoid constant reinstalling;
operation flashpoint
terminator: future shock
syndicate wars (impossible to play with my computer.. vdms is too fast, dosbox too slow)
the indiana jones adventures
fallout1&2
thief1&2
system shock 2
gta1
airborne ranger, spy hunter, wizard of wor, boulderdash (c64)
vampire masquerade: bloodlines (with fan-patches)
original mario bros
blade runner
outlaws (lucas arts' western fps, still the only good western shooter i know of)
freespace2
uplink
strife (an adventure/rpg done with the doom engine)
