I really want to play a game where you're some sort of superhuman being, who's development you guide throughout the game. Set in a free or semi-free roaming environment, but where there are loads of physics and destructable aspects. Sort of like the destructabilty displayed in that new John Woo game due out soon.
You would start off as a peak human being, and through genetic enhancement or some other mechanism you have control over you would upgrade them. The upgrades would be clearly displayed in how you interact with the world too, such as when you increase strength, it wouldn't just add +2 to damage or some shit, you would see it in the impact of your blows, and how capable you are at smashing and thowing objects from the environment. Increasing speed would have two aspects, the normal increase in movement/sprint/attack speed but also a bullet time like effect (I know, cliched) which allows you to dodge blows and later bullets. The sprint would eventually become super speed allowing you to run faster then cars etc. Of course the abilites would need to be balanced so no-one could become invincible, just almost invincible by the end of the game.
You would also get to decide the direction your character takes, will he be a hero, a villain or something inbetween. The environment would allow you to smash enemies through walls and stuff, which would obviously be extremely satisfying.
What do you think? Sounds awesome I reckon. Don't know why something like this hasn't been done before. We have all these GTA clones where you play normal humans, but I think it would be even more fun with a super character of your own design. I mean, we've had the Hulk game and the upcoming Superman game but they force you into specific roles, with specific powers. I think next-gen could handle this kind of stuff.
What about you, ever though about your ideal/perfect game?

A game that is 100% PC minded and not a damn console port...
Baldur's Gate 3 would be nice (like the 1 and 2, not crappy sequels)

OFP with completely dynamic destructable environment, dynamic Campaign, dynamic social and political factors. So basically Game 2 (or OFP 2, for those who don't know much about it, the successor of armed assault which is being worked on now after AA).

Well... as much as I despise Mel Gibson (or Melvin Gibsons if youre from Khazakistan), Im going with Mad Max. Post-Apocalyptic scavenging war-game. You build your own vehicles from parts found in the wide open word, craft weapons from broken ones and spare parts, assemble a "tribe" to build a fortress, secure gas sites and reserves to power your war machines. Think Interstate 76 meets GTA or something. It wouldnt (COULDNT) be all vehicular combat, there would be plenty of occasions to step out of your ride (or get blown out) and fight on foot. It would be seamless... massive.. and multiplayer.

Armed Assault, but with bigger cities. Preferably with real world cities.
Also, some kind of gigantic GTA with massive online.
And Battleground Europe is almost nearly my ideal game. Just more players, bigger fronts to wage war, bigger cities and better graphics.
I'd also like to see a remake of Stunt Car Racer.
Har knullat med Anne Frank.

Combination of Thief & Splinter Cell perhaps; stealth-game set in current day/near future just like Splinter Cell, except you're a thief instead of a secret agent. And of course you'd have all the high-tech gizmos imaginable to break into those impenetrable bank vaults etc.
Or maybe some type of 3d adventure/shooter with a really demented Player Character - talking psychotic here, hearing and seeing things that aren't there (or maybe they are?). Starting out as a normal every day world, and slowly going more insane and insane. This'd of course call for some amazing skills from the game, level and art design departments but if done right something like this could be mind-blowing.
