Lately I've been running into strange graphical glitches when playing different games. The most common things are white lines in textures, textures/objects stretching infinitely and especially in Dark Messiah, crashing/locking/rebooting/BSOD.

I assume this has something to do with the graphics card/driver but I'm not sure which is at fault and why.

Converting on of the minidumps from a crash yielded:
IMAGE_NAME: nv4_disp.dll

DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 44dd4897

MODULE_NAME: nv4_disp

FAULTING_MODULE: bf9d4000 nv4_disp

DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: GRAPHICS_DRIVER_FAULT

CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 2

BUGCHECK_STR: 0xEA

PROCESS_NAME: mm.exe

and a whole lot more of text...

What I've done so far:
Updated DX9c
Removed old drivers with Driver Cleaner and reinstalled latest drivers.
Checked temperature on the graphicscard, around 45 C (109 F, I think)

So if anyone wouldn't mind reading this entire post, which seems to get a bit lengthy and make a couple of suggestions on what might be wrong and maybe how to fix it, I'd be very happy. Very Happy

Oh, maybe some specs on the system might be of interest too... let me see...
AMD X2 3800+
EVGA GF7900 GT CO
Kingston KVR 1 gb
Audigy 2 platinum
ASUS A8N-E
Antec 450 W PSU

I'm running 91.47 whql drivers,
the graphics card is not overclocked by me, but if I remember it right, this is a version of overclocked cards from EVGA, with new fan and stuff, and the games are all very much downloaded. So I don't know if you'd call that original or backup Razz

Checked EVGA's site and the card is overclocked from 450 to 500 MHz (CPU) and 1320 to 1500 MHz (memory).
