If it says Validation Failed, try to do this:
1. Right-Click on installation-exe and extract using Winrar or whatever.
2. Run WMP11.exe and then restart.
3. Run umdf.exe, wmdbexport.exe, wmfdist11.exe, and restart again.
4. Extract everything from WMP11.exe, go to update folder and run update.exe.

Fuck that Parallax..too much to work
Easy way:
Windows Media Player 11 Final Inc Reg Key[BADR1X]
1-Unrar the add_licence_to_your_windows.rar ...then add the key to the reg
2-Install wmp11-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe
3-Enjoy it! |
or just use another mediaplayer  |
