So I have this old Trust Rally Master steering wheel and it seems that I can't configure Y- or X-axis in config. When I select the steering wheel as used controller, steer left and right is already configured but accelerate and brake has button 1 and 2 , why? When I try to configure accelerate it accepts the pedal, but when trying to hit the brake it just doesn't do anything. I went into the game and tried, acceleration and steering worked fine. Back to configure, tried to put steer right and left to their places where they already where, didn't recognice it; meaning that it didn't leave the stage where it asks new button to wanted place. Why does steering work in game but the game doesnt recognice it when configuring? If anyone knows a way to get this steering wheel working, I would be really grateful.
Edit: Ok, I got it to work by trying the most stupides way. I want to windows gamecontroller configuration and calibrated the steering wheel on by steering left and braking, so it went over calibrated to the other side. Now the game desided to accept the brake pedal.
