Whats the differnce between 4x and 8x on a ati card? atm ive got mine on 4x and not 8x just wondering what the differnce is? if any.

In theory, 8x is twice as fast. In actuality, until the video boards become fast enough to require information faster than 4x can provide it, there isn't much difference. Id say a max of 5%
