I can play the game but the grafics are not loaded correctly:s. The game only loads the ground. but in normal vision i can't see anything else then the ground. in night vision and in the other visions. i cna see everything. Can somebody tell me how to fix this.
Specs:
Geforce 7950 GX2
AMD 64 bit 4000+
2 Gb ram
Win XP 64 bit EN SP1

Install the new nvidia drivers. Disable AA or AF

AA AF are disabled, played everything in low mode. Nvidia drivers are updated. My specs are high enough to play the game in high res and high detail.
Hopefully REloaded or razor wil make a good working .exe.

I had more games that the grafics are not loaded well and with a good crack it will work. one of the LOTR games had the same problem. and that was fixed by a good working crack. so i hope this will be the same. When i come home tonight, i'm going to take a further look @ it. i hope i can fix it tonight but i don't think so.

Game crashed and after reload and choosing "Continue" from menu it says that there no save games found on storage device.
Physically save-files are in ..\save folder, and small part of them is actually shown in Load Game screen, but shown save-games are really old, recent ones are not displayed, so i can' load them.
Have anyone encountered such problem?

I don't get it, I have a 7800 GTX 512mb card and Í have no issues what so ever. Did you guys update your bios and chip set drivers lately? u never know, these things can work wonders

I dont have any graphics problems but I dont get any sound in the game.
When starting the game from scratch I got sound on the UBISOFT logo, but on the intro of the game (the scene with the flying knife) the sound gets muted.
The when starting the first mission I got sound again when the world map shows up.
But then in the cutscene when airplane flies in my direction the sound is gone again and stays muted. (So I dont hear the dialog between Sam Fisher and his "colleague" on the plane, also after that sequence in the game theres no sound at all).
Would be cool if anyone could help me out with a solution to this problem.

BTW: I got the game installed on my SATA drive, which is connected to the SATA port number 2. I also got two IDE HDDs of which one is master with Windows XP (SP2) on it. The SATA drive therefore is only used for data and games.
I got all the newest drivers for my Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music (Auto Software Update) and my Asus Geforce 7900 GT Top (Overclocked Version, FW 93.71). But only regular drivers not beta.

Guys, I'm reading people are running this on 8800s... How do you manage to do that? Mine started once, got to the menu but couldn't start a game because of a crash. Now it crashes every time I start it.

Well, skipped VISTA for now as I had a close call doing a partition. I might get in to the VISTA thang tomorow (Saturday etc etc) will just try on XP for now.

CRAP! Fuke this. Tried all possible combos, unpatched 1.0, patched 1. 01-1.02, with YASU, with mini image etc etc. It goes beyond the CD check, looks like its starting, black window...and BAM! "Splinter Cell has encountered a problem BLA BLA !" no go man. Any trix or fix would be appreciated guys! I guess it has to do with the NV8800 card, as i ran this on my 7800GTX no prob.

Was dicking around looking for a solution and found this on a German site
"change in SplinterCell4 (DT shortcut) Target
"C:\Programme\Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent\SCDA-Offline\System\SplinterCell4.exe" -ll-lowrestex
Then the game should start.
Don't like the bit with the "lowrestex" but will give it a go now. Its either this or wait i guess.
EDIT! Yup this works!, runs so smooth, can't really say I have any artifacts or wierd graphics. The game looks like with the 7800GTX, but BETTER! and smoother!

OK, a small update on my part... My SCDA wasn't working on my 8800 because I had some refreshrate overrider. The only way to force a refresh rate it to use RefreshLock. Only that program works with SCDA.

I can't open any updates for this game....
I'm running vista, game runs great but I want AA
Gives an error and search for solution thing. Something I could try?
I can unpack the exe and get some files. Maybe place them manually? dunno.
