Hi Guys

I am thinking of buying my kids (5 and 6) a set of GBA's for christmas.I see there are a few roms that can be downloaded. Are these easy to use or do i have to jump through hoops to get them to work?

Can someone please give me a little advice?

Those GBA roms you can download can be played on a computer using an emulator. Not sure if there's a way to get them to run on a real GBA.

You're welcome but i'd stil wait for someone else's input before you make your decission. As far as I know, there is no way to do that, but maybe someone else has heard of a way to get roms on a GBA Smile

There are flash devices for the GBA right? Those allow you to put roms on? At least thats what I thought.. Why a GBA though, lack of the mulla? Would seem like a better idea to get a few DS's or 1 Wii.. *shrug*

Might keep the kids entertained for longer if you can stretch the budget.

Yes you can get flash carts, there are many brands available for gba only or GBA/DS

See http://gbatemp.net loads of info .... but don't trust the reviews on flash carts, very biased, and some have suggested a finacial link to certain flash card types.

I looked up "gormless" in the dictionary, it said "without gorm" .... so i looked up "gorm" but it wasn't there ????
