Brejnev FTW! My parents told me once that he was a complete retard and had speech issues. And often he made stupid mistakes during his speeches to the great soviet people.

Leonid Ilyich Breznev was general secretary of the communist party (kind of president of the soviet union). When Breznev died, his successor Yuri Andropov managed to rule soviet union only for almost two years and...he died. Then came Konstantin Chernenko (after 1 year he died aswell) and finally Mikhail Gorbachev and the soviet union started to break apart. Breznev was a funny guy with silly ideas and was famous for his stupid mistakes in speeches (like mark pointed out). I think one of Brenjev's ideas was to grow corn in currently northern europe (soviet territory at his times) where summer could be (and still can be) classified as bad skiing weather Or was it Nikita Khrushchev's idea (the predecessor). rgds Sabalasa

That could be a weight (adds more weight) thing around him. Lots of people in physio use them. Esp. guys with sport injuries. It does look like a pool noodle however. Which is a type of float. (body float) for non swimmers. Noodles are lame.
