hi.. I have a problem with one of my hard drive partitions..

If i lay a folder with files in it straight in the drive i loose access to the folder Sad i get no access. Is there some way to fix this ?
please help

Hi kenny64 I hope this helps you in some way,
Goto start, control panel, then administrative tools, computer management then disk management and see if you have the right settings,

Did you use a third party program to create the faulty partition?

I think you need to check the user permissions on that disk. First disable "simple file sharing" in folder options -> view. After that right click on the drive -> properties -> security tab. Check that everything is right there.
