Any of you out there HOT SHOT coders will take on the challenge of breaking Starforce 3.3 protection or 3.4 with 1.2 patch on this great game? Or did you all give up! C'mon, who's gonna be the smart one?
Just trying to motivate you guys!
Tried the LAN install solution. It works but now i have corrupted textures. Copied all the textues fron CD but no success.
Anyways please let me know if this is still an ACTUAL subject of conversation or if I have to forget about that game unless i buy it!

actully no, dont buy it. its not really that good unless you have a sterring wheel.
I really doubt it will ever be cracked, lots of fakes on topsites to hype everyone up then it comes to nothing.

I think he was referring to the people who told the starter of the thread to buy the game. You can't disagree that preaching to people that they should buy games is a touch ironic on a board where probably 99% of the people download games.
BTW, the arrogance of these monkeys with access to the "scene" is enough to make me more than content to stick to downloading from newsgroups. I think I would rather have my testicles bitten off by a rabid dog than have to deal with these idiots who come on here mouthing off about their knowledge of the "scene" and their constant "stick to kazaa" arrogant shit.

Game developers have the technology at hand to make games uncrackable but they don't use it for reasons that I can't really explain. It is also very frustrating to spend 60-70 bucks Can on a game that you're done within 3 days or so. As long as cracking games is not punished by law, I will keep playing cracked games and enjoy it without feeling guilty of stealing something. I have the highest respect for programmers that spend months developing a game but those companies are ONLY in business to make big $$$. If they would use that technology I was referring to, they wouldn’t make the same profit so I don't feel sorry for them at all. I could go on like this for pages but I'm sure you all get the idea. I may be completely of the track but from what I know, that's my opinion. Let this be a constructive discussion and keep the bad words for the street.

The network workaround did work... At least for this game.
And besides, SF3 has been cracked. Just take a look at the kill.switch release by reloaded.

It was cracked months ago it only takes shitload of time to crack SF3 but maybe they found a eassier way to do it

What is it with people bitching about making new threads? The old threads are way down never to be seen by anyone but true addicts who like to browse the archives. Most people prolly don't leave the page 1 so what does it matter if there's a similar thread on pages 1, 24 and 1005 or whatever.
