i keep gettin runtime error i try start gaming

Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error

Runtime Error!

Program:...Cell Double Agent\SCDA-Offline\system\SplinterCell4.exe

The application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for info.

do you have sm 3.0, because that's the message you get if you don't have it.

What he's trying to say is:
Check if your gfx card is shader model 3.0 enabled. You can check this by going to the site of the manufacturer and search for the specs of your gfx card.

i just installed new ati driver and catalyst control panel and it still gives me the error

and i havent even played the game i go to new game and as its loading the level this shit happens
