I always keep lots of different roms and emus on one of my laptops. Anything ranging from Gameboy and SNES to MAME and PS1. With few small controllers in the backpack, its like having a nice portable console. It works out quite well when camping, where you can always find few peeps for a quick game.

Soldier of Fortune II is a pretty decent FPS Smile

Actually, any of the Quake3 based FPS games run great on a laptop with integrated graphics, plus you can easily make them run in widescreen (if you have a ws laptop Wink)

with this you can run almost everythning new & old alike..
For long trips the games must be with long gameplay and value...

I always have Deus Ex, Freespace 2, Duke 3D and Doom(with high res packs) installed on my laptop, I play them slowly when I have nothing to do.
