let me tell you that if you plan to buy a brand new xbox360 just to flash it, be warned, there are drives out there that can't be flashed and depending on what drive you get the whole flashing procedure is different.
hitachi-lg needs to be put into mode b so you can flash it in windows, this can be hard or easy, depending on what sata chipset you have.
toshiba samsung can be easy if it's an old drive, but if it's ms28 you need one of a few specific sata chipsets to flash it. other way would be to open the drive itself and do some scary stuff with it.
